TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to A70 Detailing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our auto detailing services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
We offer a variety of auto detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, ceramic coating, polishing, and specialty treatments. The details of the specific services provided and scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon in each individual service agreement.
2. BOOKING, APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS
All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by messaging/calling us directly.
Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or text once the booking is complete.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 25% of the service’s original cost.
3. PRICING
Prices for services will be provided before the service begins and varies based on the vehicle size, service selection, and vehicle condition. Additional services and costs will be communicated to and approved by the client.
We reserve the right to adjust prices based on additional services requested or changes due to the condition of the vehicle.
All payments are due at the time of service completion.
4. VEHICLE CONDITION
Pre-existing damage will be identified prior to service. We will not be held liable for damages to the vehicle that were not disclosed prior to service.
We will take reasonable precautions to avoid any damage to your vehicle, but we are not responsible for minor defects or imperfections that may be present due to age, wear, or previous repair work.
Additional charges may be incurred if the vehicle contains excessive dirt, staining, or pet hair.
5. LIABILITY
While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our services, A70 Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
We are not liable for the damage or loss of personal items that remain in the vehicle. Please remove any items in door panels, center consoles, glove boxes, and/or trunk storage compartments.
Child safety seats will be removed by the client for interior services. If child safety seats are left in the vehicle, they will be removed for service and the client will be responsible for proper re-installation. We do not clean child safety seats due to the risk of compromising any safety mechanisms.
6. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
We accept payment via various methods such as most major credit and debit cards, cash, and digital methods like PayPal.
Full payment is due upon completion of the services. Failure to make payment may result in legal action to recover the costs.
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or equipment failure.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated version will be effective immediately upon posting.
